All of my working life, I have been fortunate enough to surround myself with people much more skilled or talented than I am. For example, at Muller Industries, we could never have developed and rolled out the successful “3C” technology without the great team we managed to assemble.

The situation at Livesense is no exception, the team we have assembled absolutely brilliant!

A neighbour of mine, who has a very successful history of biomedical engineering (and also had developed some “curve jumping” technology in remote fire detection) could see the potential of Livesense and jumped at the opportunity to join Livesense as Engineering Manager.  While studying my MEI at Swinburne University, I couldn’t help but notice the talent of one of the Software Engineers, he would go in weekend start-up competitions and win them and think nothing of it! I started to discuss the idea of Livesense with him and before you know it we had a 25 year old “rock star” programmer on the team (we now have a whole team of “rock star” programmers!).

Without doubt, the best Refrigeration/HVAC technician in the business is a guy called Steve Amsing. Steve and I have been involved in a number of business situations and start-ups, and we couldn’t put this together without Steve – in fact, I didn’t even ask him; it was just assumed he was on the team!
