LiveSense was present at FM Australia Conference 2013

Along with 170 other FM participants, the Livesense team attended the FM Australia conference held in celebration of World FM day, at Federation Square in Melbourne. I believe this was a record for a Melbourne event, and probably reflects the significant changes that technology is enabling within the industry.

A number of key note speakers took to the stage, although coming from different perspectives, energy, water, technology and global management featured heavily. Additionally heavy emphasis was given to the importance and significance of the existing building stock. Although there has been a strong trend towards Green Building for new developments, this accounts for a very small percentage of the overall building stock.

The Expo provided a great opportunity for the Livesense team to showcase FMLive, the monitoring and reporting system designed specifically for the FM Industry. FMLive enables the FM manager to inexpensively monitor buildings under management (including older buildings without smart systems) and view them all on one screen.

FMLive is designed to facilitate both a national or global view, yet with a double click the FM can drill into a specific building and identify any alarms or faults.

A number of FM companies requested information on FMLive , while others expressed strong interest for a free trial, particularly on those facilities without smart controls.

If you were not able to attend the FM Expo but would like further information, or even a free trial of the FMLive system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
